The Learning Center is a project dedicated to the regime applicable to the residents of the IT Park, aiming to familiarize them with the requirements of the legislation and the specifics of the special tax regime offered by the park. It also aims to clarify certain problematic aspects (accounting, legal, human resources) that residents may face in their daily activities

During the events will be highlighted various business areas on the border with common topics as general concepts and strategies, industry trends, common needs and problems within the IT/tech and creative industry. Encouraging dialog with official representatives, ecosystem players and experts. Meetup aims to create a platform for residents to connect, collaborate and learn from each other and from a wide range of contributors within and outside the MITP community.

Comprehensive annual survey by PwC on salary and benefits trends in Moldova’s IT local market
The PayWell study, organized annually by PwC, is a tool created to help companies, especially HR professionals, develop competitive HR policies that attract, motivate and retain talent and support business strategy. PayWell provides specific information covering salaries, compensation and non-monetary benefits.
The first edition, organised in partnership with MITP, was launched in 2021 and continues to be an additional benefit for Park residents participating in this study with the financial support of donors.
